Advertising cheap Now TV sticks with Sky Sports to suck you in. Go there and they have none. Not available online. Shouldn’t be able to advertise stuff online that they blatantly haven’t got any more.

A ton of staff around, in every aisle practically, and only 2 tills open! So poorly managed. I made my way here specifically for 1 thing but then no time queue to had to leave it. Unfortunate waste of time.

Went to St. Anne's B&M yesterday to purchase a box of kleenex. On the way down the aisle to get said item I spotted a box of Basset's Allsorts so picked them up as I had not had any of these for a long time. I decided to open the box later that night and they just did not look right. Upon looking at the bottom of the box found out they were 9 months past the date.Obviously B&M does not check the stock they have on the shelves. My fault for not checking but a store this size you would think everything was okay to go.

If I have choice I will go negative regarding customer service and some of their products. Their web based customer service is rubbish too. I will recommend not to buy any product which is wearable like shoes etc. Quality standards are so poor.

Lorrie at Bournemouth store was excellent. I know it's her job to serve, but when it's so busy truly earns her money as I guess most of the staff do. But a hello, smile goes a long way. Keep up the good work.

Visited your Oxford Road Store in Reading and what a complete shambles! Management couldn’t direct water into a bucket, absolutely no social distancing and hundreds of people over what should be the numbers allowed. You queue system was a joke, no control just a bunch of headless staff shouting at customers. Needless to say myself and others just ditched our shopping and left.

Went into B&M Bolton yesterday, very busy, no distancing or one way system, morons with no masks, came straight out and went elsewhere.

I am complaining regarding the coil for 88Vape Deluxe Pen.In B&M Swinton store For a very long time the coil for the DeluxePen is out of stockI have asked more than one member of staff's. They said the coil has not been send to their store. .Can B&M stock up the coils for the 88Vape DeluxePens in Swinton Store.

Excellent customer service. I had a problem with a wallpaper and Kate was extremely helpful. Refund vouchers were sent out immediately. Thank you

I had until now never used B&M before last week . We purchased some oak furniture and unfortunately when we got them home found them to be damaged ! We took them back to store and can only say that from that point the customer service was exemplary ! B&M employee Emma Whetham ensured that the replacement products were inspected and reserved for us in our return !Nothing was too much trouble and she helped us put the furniture in the car and was so apologetic for any inconvenience.We are all too quick to complain for poor service but not to quick to applaud good service !Emma Whetham is a glowing example of the type of person you need in your business !First class!Thank you so much John Conroy Bolton

I Visited b&m Brislington today to pick up some bedding that says has 'good availability' on line only to be told to never trust the online stock check and that they don't have any stock. It took me 45 mins to get there. The Deputy Manager (George) was absolutely disgusting and rude to me. He refused to write head offices telephone number down for me because he says he was too busy. He also wouldn't write his name down.
Awaiting response from head office.
No one should deal with a horribly, unhelpful, rude so called manger like that!

I buy 12kg boxes of suit pellets for birds the boxes are never sealed properly the last box was the only one left took it to my car and the pellets were coming out. They stick to the boot carpet and is such a mess I wrote to tell them they should be sealed probably or in a plastic bag and as this happens a lot I felt like sending them a cleaning bill.they replied today sorry but once it leaves there stores we are not responsible will never shop there again poor customer service use to good out of stock so many time now horrible place to shop. Don’t go there. Usual reply your comments will go to reverent department what a joke .

Just been to B&M at Clifton Moor York. I very rarely post reviews but I jst had to on this occasion. My husband and I were served by the deputy manager, Cameron. What a genuinely nice bloke he is. Nothing was too much trouble. B&M you have yourself a star there. Thanks
